The Voices Dance Project dancers appeared alongside The Desert Island Big Band, opening for dynamic Ottawa-based rock band The Escape Society. The evening will also feature performances by Double Experience & Nate Silva.
The evening dragged the public into the story of Chamberlin, AKA the Bear Man, AKA The Desert Island Big Band. Chamberlin has seemingly accomplished the impossible in today’s surveillance age—four separate cult events involving the sacrifice and ingestion of a human being, all while simultaneously gaining public favour amongst fringe Internet groups for preferring rich, influential victims.
His seemingly bottomless pockets have allowed him to travel freely without authority involvement, but as public outrage builds, how much longer can his reign of terror continue?
On September 6th, the audience witnessed the finale of the Chamberlin arc in an immersive live performance featuring music drawing inspiration from an eclectic spectrum including The Kills, David Bowie, St. Vincent, Kurt Vile, and more.
